This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. Its fonts and images are served from our own server, so viewing it sends no request to any third party.
Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server access logs (including IP addresses) for security and operation of the service: the legitimate interest of running a website at all.

Applications
If you apply to work with us, SRS Dynamic LTD (Georgiou Karaiskaki Street 11, Carisa Salonica Court, Flat 104, 7560 Pervolia, Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus, contact@srs-dynamic.com) is responsible for your data.
We use what you send us, such as your CV, your message and your contact details, only to consider your application and to talk to you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible employment contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sending an application is voluntary, and no decision about you is made automatically.
Your application is read only by the people deciding on it. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365, which processes it on our behalf. We do not pass your data to anyone else.
If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment records. If not, we delete it at the latest six months after the application process has ended. We keep it for that time only so that we could answer a legal claim about the process (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep it longer only if you ask us to or agree to it, for example to be considered for a later opening.
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for its processing to be restricted, or for a copy of it, and you can object to its processing. Write to contact@srs-dynamic.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
